B2B Marketing Specialist

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in B2B Marketing with Marketing Agency and Corporate Marketing background preferably within technology-driven sector
  
• Experience in covering / coordination of multiple marketing areas:
  
  • digital marketing (performance management,  ppc marketing, managing google ads) from planning to coordinating the execution and follow-up
    
  • event management: from project planning to e2e coordination of execution. Own events and also conferences, exhibitions, where you have built the brand through conferences
    
  • demand and lead generation campaigns and programs
    
  • digital marketing campaign management
    

• Strong understanding of paid digital marketing channels, including LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Meta, Google Ads, retargeting, and performance reporting.  
  
• Experience with Marketing tools (e.g. Hubspot) 
  

• Strong coordination and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple campaigns, events
  
• Ownership mentality – driving ideas into execution with visible achievements
  
• Ability to translate technical and business topics into clear, compelling, and commercially relevant marketing materials
  
• Data-driven, analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign data and improve performance
  
• Ability to work in a structured manner and improving processes
  
• Comfort with start-up / scale-up environment – proactivity, new ideas and process improvement mindset comes in handy
  
• Excellent spoken and written English – as you will have an internationally focused role
