Tasks
- Provide financial analysis and business support.
- Drive profitability and working capital improvements.
- Support forecasting, budgeting, and business planning.
- Review commercial proposals and customer contracts.
- Develop financial models and cost-saving initiatives.
- Partner with operations, supply chain, and business leaders.
- Leading a team of 4.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
- 10+ years of finance/controlling experience in multinational manufacturing.
- 5+ years experience in team leadership.
- Knowledge of US GAAP, IFRS, and SOX.
- Advanced Excel skills.
- Fluent English.
- Strong analytical, commercial, and stakeholder management skills.
