Requirements
- BSc or MSc degree in Electrical Engin
- eering3+ years of experience in related roles: NPI Engineer (New Product Introduction Engineer), Manufacturing Engineer, Industrialization Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Electronics Production, Assembly, Integration, Test Engineering, or related project work
- Strong Electronics background ability to read and understand electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, bills of materials, and write manufacturing documentation
- Hands-on knowledge of electronic assemblies, PCBAs, cable harnesses, laboratory or production test equipment, and manufacturing processes
- Experience with CAD or ECAD tools and a strong understanding of electrical integration, inspection, and testing methods
- Experience working in cross-functional project teams and supporting planning, coordination, and milestone-driven deliverables
- Flexibility, excellent communication and organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Proficiency in English
