Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, Physics, or a related technical field.
- Several years of hands-on experience in electronics manufacturing, assembly, integration, verification, or test engineering, including environmental testing.
- Previous leadership or coordination experience, with strong people management, decision-making, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Good understanding of laboratory equipment, test procedures, technical documentation, non-conformance handling, and structured problem solving.
- Proficiency in English.
