On-Site HR Generalist (Sežana)
Tasks
HR and labor administration,
preparation and conclusion of employment contracts,
comprehensive coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes,
staff management, preparation of employment contract amendments,
payroll preparation (not payroll accounting), preparation of attendance sheets, time data, and receipts by the deadline, forwarding data to payroll accounting,
On-site HR and partner relations management,
maintaining contact with temporary employee's partners (e.g., shift supervisors, regional managers),
active participation in the recruitment of local (Slovenian) workers,
administration related to project closures, preparation of performance certificates and invoice attachments,
performing other HR tasks related to the success of the project.
Requirements
- Relevant degree in HR or a related field,
- minimum 2-3 years of relevant HR/labor experience,
- experience gained at a temporary employment agency,
- communicative level of English (the everyday working language is English),
- knowledge of the local Slovenian labor market,
- confident communication with various stakeholders,
- The following Slovenian professional examination is required or must be obtained in order to fill the position (we support getting it):
"Strokovni izpit za opravljanje dejavnosti zagotavljanja dela delavcev uporabniku"
(English name: professional competence examination)
Preferences
- Knowledge of SAP is an advantage,
- Hungarian knowledge is an advantage, but not a requirement.
