Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Industrial Engineering or a related technical field- 3–5+ years of experience in Sales Engineering, Technical Sales, Business Development or capture roles in technology-driven, industrial environments.
- Strong experience with proposal-led, long-cycle opportunities (tenders, procurement, partner ecosystems)
- Ability to bridge the gap between technical teams, development and potential partners
Ability to translate application knowledge into customer value and growth opportunities- Proven relationship-building skills with customers, distributors, and internal stakeholders
- Effective planning, prioritization, and results-driven execution
- Confident communicator across technical and executive audiences
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and influencing skills
Analytical and structured approach to account and opportunity management- Availability for international travel (1-2 times / month) and conference participation
- Excellent written and spoken English
