Our partner is a global leader in urban mobility and vertical transportation solutions. We are looking for a senior E-Learning Specialist to join their team in Budapest for a 2-years fixed-term assignment. 

Elvárások / Requirements

• Educational Background: University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s) in Instructional Design, EdTech, or a related discipline.

• Digital Learning Expertise: Extensive experience developing training content using tools like Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise) and e-learning suites.

• Creative Toolset: Proficient in visual design and video editing software, including Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and Vyond.

• Instructional Strategy: Strong grasp of learning principles and the ability to translate complex business needs into engaging digital solutions.

• Project Leadership: Proven track record in agile project management, coordinating end-to-end initiatives across diverse, global stakeholder groups.

• Professional Execution: Highly organized and proactive, with the ability to deliver high-quality results in fast-paced, complex environments.

• Communication & Language: Excellent interpersonal and English skills; additional European languages (like German) are a strong plus.
