Asura Technologies is looking for a Technical Solution Manager with significant industry experience in Parking Solutions, Access Management, and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) / Toll Charging Solutions. The ideal candidate understands the operational and technical challenges of these domains and can confidently engage with customers, partners, and stakeholders to design and deliver innovative AI-powered solutions.

This is not a traditional sales role. We are looking for a technology-driven professional with strong business acumen - someone who builds trust through expertise, understands customer needs, and helps create value through the right solutions.

Tasks

Act as a subject matter expert in Parking Solutions, Access Management, and Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), supporting customers throughout the entire solution lifecycle
Understand customer challenges and identify how our AI-powered solutions can create value
Lead solution discovery sessions, technical discussions, and customer workshops
Deliver compelling product demonstrations and presentations
Translate complex technical concepts into clear business benefits
Support business development activities by providing technical expertise throughout the sales process
Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams to develop customer-focused solutions
Contribute to proposals, tenders, and solution designs
Build long-term relationships with customers and act as a trusted advisor
Monitor industry trends, emerging technologies, and market developments within AI and Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS)

Requirements

Significant professional experience in Parking Solutions, Access Management, and/or Electronic Toll Collection (ETC) / Toll Charging Solutions
Strong understanding of Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), mobility technologies, and complex solution architectures
Experience in a technical, software engineering, or technology-focused role
Strong ability to understand and explain complex technology solutions
Excellent presentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Ability to engage both technical experts and business decision-makers
Customer-centric and solution-oriented mindset
Commercial awareness and interest in technology-driven business development
Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Professional proficiency in English and in Hungarian

Preferences

Proven track record delivering, implementing, or supporting Parking Solutions, Access Management, Electronic Toll Collection (ETC), Intelligent Transportation Systems (ITS), Smart Mobility, or Smart City solutions
Background in Presales, Solution Consulting, Technical Account Management, or Business Development
Technical degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Transportation Engineering, or a related field
